SUMMARY
Use Operator Profiles to identify who performs or approves activities requiring electronic signatures. Operator Profiles provide traceability by linking each e-signature to a specific operator while allowing permissions to be controlled through the user's Factbird account.
WHAT THIS IS
- An Operator Profile represents the identity used when signing activities with an electronic signature.
- When an activity requires a signature, the user selects an Operator Profile and enters its associated PIN to complete the sign-off.
- Operator Profiles are managed from the Operators tab in the Administration page and are available for selection when performing or approving activities that require an electronic signature.
WHY IT MATTERS
- Operator Profiles ensure activities are signed by the appropriate individual.
