SUMMARY
Use this guide to update and resubmit an activity that has been rejected during the review process.
WHEN TO USE THIS
- Use this guide if:
- An activity has been returned to you for correction.
- A reviewer has requested changes before approving the activity.
PREREQUISITES
- Before starting:
- The activity appears in the Pending column.
- You have your operator profile and PIN.
STEPS
- Open the rejected activity in Operator View.
- Review the rejection reason.
- Update the activity with the required changes.
- Continue through the activity workflow.
- Select your operator profile.
- Enter your PIN and click Sign to resubmit the activity.
EXPECTED RESULT
- After completing these steps:
- The corrected activity is returned to the Review column.
- The reviewer can review and approve the updated activity.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Issue: The activity cannot be resubmitted.
- Try: Complete all required fields before signing.
- Try: Verify your PIN.
Issue: The activity still shows as rejected.
- Try: Wait for the reviewer to complete the approval process.
- Try: Confirm the activity was successfully signed after making changes.
