Use this guide to complete an activity that requires both an operator signature and reviewer approval.
WHEN TO USE THIS
- Use this guide if:
- An activity requires your electronic signature.
- The activity has been configured with Multi-Level Sign-Off.
PREREQUISITES
- Before starting:
- The activity has been triggered.
- You have your operator profile and PIN.
STEPS
- Open the activity in Operator View.
- Complete the required activity information.
- Continue through the activity workflow.
- Select your operator profile.
- Enter your PIN and click Sign.
EXPECTED RESULT
- After completing these steps:
- The activity is submitted for review.
- The activity appears in the Review column for a reviewer.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Issue: You cannot sign the activity.
- Try: Confirm you selected the correct operator profile.
- Try: Verify your PIN.
Issue: The activity is not completed.
- Try: Check whether the activity requires reviewer approval.
- Try: Wait for a reviewer to approve the activity.
