How to correct a rejected activity

SUMMARY

Use this guide to update and resubmit an activity that has been rejected during the review process.

WHEN TO USE THIS

  • Use this guide if:
    • An activity has been returned to you for correction.
    • A reviewer has requested changes before approving the activity.

PREREQUISITES

  • Before starting:
    • The activity appears in the Pending column.
    • You have your operator profile and PIN.

STEPS

  1. Open the rejected activity in Operator View.
  2. Review the rejection reason.
  3. Update the activity with the required changes.
  4. Continue through the activity workflow.
  5. Select your operator profile.
  6. Enter your PIN and click Sign to resubmit the activity.

EXPECTED RESULT

  • After completing these steps:
    • The corrected activity is returned to the Review column.
    • The reviewer can review and approve the updated activity.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Issue: The activity cannot be resubmitted.

  • Try: Complete all required fields before signing.
  • Try: Verify your PIN.

Issue: The activity still shows as rejected.

  • Try: Wait for the reviewer to complete the approval process.
  • Try: Confirm the activity was successfully signed after making changes.
