Install the Factbird MCP in Claude (business subscriptions)

Use these steps to add the Factbird MCP connector for a whole Claude Team or Enterprise organisation.

Who can do this: Claude organisation owners.

Add the connector for the organisation

At the time of writing, organisation owners do these steps on claude.ai. The connector then works in Claude Desktop and mobile.

1. Go to Organization settings > Connectors.
2. Click Add.
3. Hover over Custom, then select Web.
4. Enter the name Factbird.
5. Enter the MCP URL: https://api.cloud.factbird.com/mcp.
6. Leave Advanced settings empty.
7. Click Add.

Connect as a workspace member

1. Go to Customize > Connectors.
2. Find the Factbird connector that the organisation owner added. It has a Custom label.
3. Click Connect.
4. Sign in with your Factbird account and click Allow.
5. In a chat, click + → Connectors and turn on Factbird.
