WHEN TO USE THIS
- Use this guide if:
- You are submitting an activity that requires an e-signature
- You need to complete and sign a record
PREREQUISITES
- Before starting:
- You have an active operator profile
- You have a valid 6-digit PIN
STEPS
- Fill in the activity form as required
- Click Continue
- Select your identity from the list (or choose from recently used)
- Enter your 6-digit PIN
- Click Sign

EXPECTED RESULT
- After completing these steps:
- The activity is submitted and signed
- The record becomes read-only
- The record displays your full name, employee ID, signature meaning, and timestamp
TROUBLESHOOTING
- Issue: Cannot sign the activity
- Try: Ensure you selected the correct identity
- Try: Confirm your PIN is correct
- Issue: PIN not accepted
- Try: Re-enter your PIN carefully
- Try: Contact your supervisor if your PIN may be expired or needs reset
