How to sign an activity

SUMMARY

Use this guide to sign an activity with your PIN as the final step of submission.

 

 

WHEN TO USE THIS

  • Use this guide if:
    • You are submitting an activity that requires an e-signature
    • You need to complete and sign a record

PREREQUISITES

  • Before starting:
    • You have an active operator profile
    • You have a valid 6-digit PIN

STEPS

  1. Fill in the activity form as required
  2. Click Continue
  3. Select your identity from the list (or choose from recently used)
  4. Enter your 6-digit PIN
  5. Click Sign
     

 

EXPECTED RESULT

  • After completing these steps:
    • The activity is submitted and signed
    • The record becomes read-only
    • The record displays your full name, employee ID, signature meaning, and timestamp

TROUBLESHOOTING

  • Issue: Cannot sign the activity
    • Try: Ensure you selected the correct identity
    • Try: Confirm your PIN is correct
  • Issue: PIN not accepted
    • Try: Re-enter your PIN carefully
    • Try: Contact your supervisor if your PIN may be expired or needs reset
