- The Andon feature is enabled
- Before starting:
STEPS
- Locate the Andon button in Operator View.
- Press the Andon button.
- Confirm the alert if prompted.
EXPECTED RESULT
- After completing these steps:
- An Andon alert is triggered
- The issue is visible to relevant personnel
TROUBLESHOOTING
- Issue: Andon button is not visible
- Try: Refresh Operator View
- Try: Confirm the feature is enabled for your account
- Issue: Alert does not trigger
- Try: Check your network connection
- Try: Retry and confirm the alert prompt
