SUMMARY
Use this guide to register a machine stop in Operator View so downtime can be categorized and recorded correctly. Registering stops ensures production data reflects the correct stop causes and may trigger required activities.
WHEN TO USE THIS

Use this guide if:
A machine stop appears in the timeline and requires registration
You see an Unregistered Stop notification in Operator View
Downtime needs to be categorized with a stop cause
PREREQUISITES

Before starting:
You have access to Operator View for the production line

A stop is visible in the production timeline and highlighted for registration
STEPS
In the Production Timeline, select the stop highlighted in red.
Click Register X Stops.
In the stop registration window, select a Category on the left.
Select the appropriate Stop Cause on the right.
If an activity is triggered, complete the activity when it appears.

Submit the stop registration.




EXPECTED RESULT

After completing these steps:
The stop is registered with a category and stop cause
The stop is recorded as categorized downtime in the system
Any triggered activities are available for completion
TROUBLESHOOTING

Issue: The Register Stops button is not visible
Try: Confirm that the stop in the timeline is selected
Try: Check if the stop has already been registered

Issue: An activity appears after selecting the stop cause
Try: Complete the activity before submitting the stop registration
Try: Follow the instructions shown in the activity panel

Issue: Activities panel is not visible
Try: Check if activities have been configured for the production line
Try: Confirm that the selected stop cause triggers an activity
