What is activity tracking?
The Activity Tracking page is a centralized overview of all activities.
It provides a clear separation between:
- Pending
- Completed
- Skipped
Instead of navigating between lines and views, users can now monitor activity status in one structured interface.
This introduces lifecycle visibility for activities.
The Pending column shows all activities that are currently waiting to be executed.
You can:
- See when the activity was triggered
- Identify the location
- Skip activities when necessary
This ensures operators and supervisors always have a clear overview of outstanding tasks.
The Completed column displays all executed activities.
Each activity shows:
- Execution timestamp
- Location context
- Validation results such as Pass or No validation
This enables fast review of execution quality without navigating to the Reporting tab.
By clicking on a completed activity, users can open and review the full activity details, including:
- All input fields submitted
- Validation results
- Stop or batch context, when applicable
- Initials and timestamps
This allows supervisors and managers to:
- Audit individual executions
- Investigate deviations
- Verify operator input directly from the Tracking page
The Tracking page is therefore not only a status overview, but also an entry point for detailed traceability.
How to Skip an Activity
If an activity is not relevant, it can be skipped directly from the Pending column.
To skip an activity:
- Click Select
- Select one or multiple activities from the Pending list
- Click the skip option
Once skipped, the activity is moved to the Skipped column and remains visible for transparency and traceability.
The Activity Tracking page includes filters for:
- Activity
- Location
- Batch
This allows users to narrow down the view and quickly analyze specific areas of production.
The result is improved control and faster operational follow-up.
