AI - Activity Creator

This new feature lets users generate a digital activity from an image, making it ideal for digitizing paper forms, Excel printouts, or scanned checklists. It reduces manual setup, simplifies documentation standardization, and enables teams to roll out structured forms more efficiently.

Generate from Image

Users can now select “Generate from Image” when creating a new activity.
This option allows them to upload a form image (such as a PNG or JPEG), and the system processes it using AI to create a structured digital version.

When an image is uploaded:

  • The AI scans the form to detect tables, labels, keywords, and field groupings.
  • It generates digital fields like number inputs, checkboxes, calculated values, and text entries.
  • Logical grouping is applied to match the form layout.
  • Triggers are not automatically added. Users must define when the activity should run.

Supported formats:
Only image files are currently supported. PDFs and Excel files are not supported at this time.

Note: When you generate an activity it will not automatically publish and will give you an opportunity to review it and make edits such as adding triggers.
