The reason you may not be seeing the expected average speed per minute is that when a batch is left running overnight, downtime is calculated into this and is not deducted from the total.
As a suggestion, we’d recommend not letting the batch run overnight. If the intention is to continue production for the same batch the following morning, you can stop the batch at the end of the day and then click Continue (see picture below) the next morning.
This way, the overnight shutdown won’t affect your average speed and downtime calculations.
