Power BI

Below you’ll find documentation outlining how to get Factbird and Power BI connected using our guide, examples for inspiration, and the required file needed during the setup phase, which is attached at the end of this article.

There are currently two ways to connect to the Factbird API from Power BI: Using our Power BI connector or writing the queries directly in the Advanced Query Editor.

The Power BI connector is great for previewing the available data, but if you need to build reports with dynamic time ranges, you’ll probably have to interact with the API directly. The Power BI template below provides some examples on how to do that.
