Are you trying to execute a task and presented with an error message saying that you do not have permission or when you try to click a button the option is greyed out like the examples below suggest:
If this is the case you need to check that you first have the permission to do the task in question. If you are a super user within the system you should have access to the administration panel where you can check this. If you are not a super user in the system, we would recommend reaching out to a person within your company who does have those privileges so that can assist further, feel free to look at: Roles
In the event that you confirmed that you do have the correct permissions and this is still not working we would advise you to submit a support request
