Use this guide to update an operator’s profile details such as name, employee ID, or location.
WHEN TO USE THIS
- Use this guide if:
- An operator’s name has changed
- An operator has moved to a different location
- You need to correct or update an employee ID
PREREQUISITES
- Before starting:
- You have access to the operator profile
STEPS
- Open the operator profile
- Click the pencil icon in the Details section
- Edit the required fields
- Click Save

EXPECTED RESULT
- After completing these steps:
- The operator profile reflects the updated information
TROUBLESHOOTING
- Issue: Changes are not saved
- Try: Ensure all required fields are filled
- Try: Click Save again and wait for confirmation
- Issue: Cannot edit profile
- Try: Confirm you have the correct permissions
- Try: Refresh the page and reopen the profile
