How to update an operator profile

Use this guide to update an operator’s profile details such as name, employee ID, or location.

 

 

WHEN TO USE THIS

  • Use this guide if:
    • An operator’s name has changed
    • An operator has moved to a different location
    • You need to correct or update an employee ID

PREREQUISITES

  • Before starting:
    • You have access to the operator profile

STEPS

  1. Open the operator profile
  2. Click the pencil icon in the Details section
  3. Edit the required fields
  4. Click Save

EXPECTED RESULT

  • After completing these steps:
    • The operator profile reflects the updated information

TROUBLESHOOTING

  • Issue: Changes are not saved
    • Try: Ensure all required fields are filled
    • Try: Click Save again and wait for confirmation
  • Issue: Cannot edit profile
    • Try: Confirm you have the correct permissions
    • Try: Refresh the page and reopen the profile
