You can have an analog speed sensor, e.g. 0-10V corresponds to a speed of 0-100 pcs/min, to count pieces in Factbird.
It require that you configure the sensor as an analog sensor in sensor settings as here: Set up an Analog Sensor
In addition to that the sensor type should be changed from "Measurement" to "Counter Speed".
