SUMMARY
Use this guide to automatically register stops that occur outside of defined production shifts. This helps ensure downtime outside shift hours is consistently logged with a predefined stop cause.
WHEN TO USE THIS

Use this guide if:
You want stops outside shift hours to be automatically registered
You want to standardize downtime logging outside production schedules
You have already configured shifts in your schedule
PREREQUISITES

Before starting:
Shifts must already be created in the schedule
You must have access to Schedule Settings
STEPS
Open your Schedule.
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on the right side.
Select Schedule Settings.
Enable the Automatic Stop Registration toggle.

Select a Stop Cause from the dropdown list.
This stop cause will be used for all stops registered outside shift hours.
(Optional) Enter a Comment for the automatically registered stops (for example: Automatically registered).

(Optional) Enable Split stops at shift start/end.
Set the Minimum Stop Duration for the automation to trigger.
EXPECTED RESULT

After completing these steps:
Stops outside of defined shift hours are automatically registered.
The selected stop cause is applied to those stops.
Optional comments and split stops are applied based on your configuration.
TROUBLESHOOTING

Issue: Stops outside shift hours are not being registered
Try: Confirm Automatic Stop Registration is enabled in Schedule Settings
Try: Check that the stop duration exceeds the configured Minimum Stop Duration

Issue: Stops during unscheduled production are marked as downtime
Try: Increase the Minimum Stop Duration
Try: Review shift times and confirm they match actual production hours
