You may be experiencing this issue if:

No production data appears in the Factbird system

You see either a red dotted line or a blue line at 0 on the line in the Factbird system

You can access the line in the Factbird system
The DUO device is powered on
Diagnostic Steps
Follow these steps in order.

Identify What the Production Graph Shows
What to check: Look at the production graph and hover over the 0 pcs/min line.

What result indicates success:
If it shows “Missing Data” and displays a red dotted line, this is a connectivity issue.
If it shows a solid blue line at 0 pcs/min and displays numeric zero production values, the device is online but not detecting counts.

Common Root Causes
