Single Sign-On (SSO) User is not in the user list

When using Single Sign-On (SSO) the username in your identity provider is not always the email or you may be using aliases. To ensure you are logging in with the correct identifier you need to do following:

  1. Ask the user to login using cloud.factbird.com or using your private cloud URL cloud.[Customer].factbird.com.
  2. As an Super user navigate to the Administration tab and find the user. Grant the necessary access. Click the link on how to manage Roles assignments and Groups.
