When a user have their password reset by a Super User, the user will receive a challenge code on email. That code needs to be used to create a new password. The challenge code will expire after 24 hours. If the challenge code is expired the user will get following error while trying to login:
"Temporary Password Has Expired"
Resolution
Contact a Super User within your company and ask them to reset your password again through the administration tab. That will create a new challenge code which will be send by email.
