There are two types of translations in Factbird: System defined translations and customer specific translations (eg. stop causes).
Customers can update and change translations of stop causes directly in the manage stop cause dialog, see Translating Stop Causes in Factbird to Local Languages.
System translations are with a combination of manual and automatic translations. If a translation is off you can submit a support request to get it changed. Please include what language you are using, a screenshot of the whole screen and if you have a suggestion for a better translation. We appreciate the feedback to improve the translations.
