How to exclude stop types from target on Batch and Shift Dashboard

SUMMARY

Use this guide to exclude specific stop types from the target calculations on the Batch & Shift Dashboard. This allows production targets to reflect only the production time that is relevant to your operation.

WHEN TO USE THIS

  • Use this guide if:
    • You want to exclude specific stop types from batch or shift target calculations.
    • You want production targets to better reflect your operational processes.

PREREQUISITES

  • Before starting:
    • You have access to the Batch or Shift Dashboard.
    • You have permission to modify dashboard settings.

STEPS

  1. Open the required production line.
  2. Navigate to the Batch Dashboard or Shift Dashboard.
  3. Click the Dashboard icon to open the dashboard settings.
  4. Locate the list of available stop types.
  5. Select the checkbox next to each stop type you want to subtract from the target calculation.
  6. Leave any stop types you do not want to subtract unchecked.
  7. Save your changes.

EXPECTED RESULT

  • After completing these steps:
    • The selected stop types are excluded from the batch or shift target calculations.
    • Dashboard targets are calculated using the updated configuration.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Issue: The target calculation has not changed.

  • Try: Verify that the required stop types have been selected.
  • Try: Refresh the dashboard after saving the configuration.

Issue: The wrong stop types are being excluded.

  • Try: Review the selected stop types in the dashboard settings.
  • Try: Update the selection and save the configuration again.
