Prerequisites
- You need to have subscribed to the Knowledge Excellence application.
- You need to have the Organization module enabled and configured.
Getting Started
- Find the Action Plans module in the sidebar menu. If you cannot see it, contact sales.
- Choose the location you want to work in
- Action Plans are tied to a location. This is often a line or a group of lines where you are currently having your daily board meetings.
- Press the location selector and select the location you wish to create an action plan on
- Create an Action Plan by clicking the + button.
- The Action Plan dialog will guide you through every step.
