Prerequisites

  • You need to have subscribed to the Knowledge Excellence application.
  • You need to have the Organization module enabled and configured.

Getting Started

  • Find the Action Plans module in the sidebar menu. If you cannot see it, contact sales.

  • Choose the location you want to work in
  • Action Plans are tied to a location. This is often a line or a group of lines where you are currently having your daily board meetings.
  • Press the location selector and select the location you wish to create an action plan on
  • Create an Action Plan by clicking the + button.
  • The Action Plan dialog will guide you through every step.
