The Factbird Duo power supply is not waterproof, but the M8 cable connector and Duo is waterproof. We recommend customer who needs waterproofing on the power supply to build the power supply into a waterproof control cabinet or an similar enclosure and then run M8 extension cables to the Duo.
The reason is that the wall connectors for 230V/110V will never be Waterproof to an industrial grade.
