Why is support is not granting permissions or adding users on my behalf?

Factbird Support does not grant permissions or new user access to customers writing to support as part of our security policy. 

If you need to request additional permission or a new user is created, this request should be sent to your super user or the Factbird point of contact. 

If you are a super user and requesting additional permission, or a new user has been created. Support can guide how to use the following self-service options:
