Individual users are added and assigned to a group. All information needed to create a user is a name and an email address. A super user can subsequently manage the affiliation of a user to a group, i.e., a respective role.

In the Factbird system, there are no restrictions on how many users, groups, or roles a customer can create. A user can also be logged on to the system from several end devices at the same time.
